The true story of a deaf and blind lady Helen Keller and her teacher and life guide Anne Sullivan.
Together they found a way out of darkness and silence. How? Helen Keller is a heroine not only of the world of the deaf, but also of the blind. She was a writer, activist, lecturer and the first deaf and blind person to graduate from Harvard University. Anne Sullivan was her lifelong guide and friend. Yet, before the whole world got to know them, they were a wild student and a stubborn teacher.
One deaf actress and one hearing actress together with two puppets use spoken text and sign language and movement and puppet theatre.
The production is based on the themes grom the Jindra Jarošová book Via Lucis.
