An object essay that addresses the period of defiance in children aged between three and
six.
The production portrays different everyday situations within a family with small children. In
individual scenes, we see the defiant behaviour of children when cleaning the children's
room, brushing their teeth, combing their hair, or eating fruit or vegetables. During the
performance, the actors change masks, costumes and props, what keeps the audience on
their toes. The interactive production, subtitled Manifesto of a Defiant Child, is alluring with
original music and a central set element – a metal structure.
